Etiquette is the practical expression of respect. It is not about rigid rules; it is about making others feel seen, safe, and valued through the small, deliberate choices we make every day.

Integrity is the standard of being whole and consistent. It means our public words match our private actions, and the standards we expect from others are the same standards we hold ourselves to.
